This afternoon Nathan had his first-ever piano recital.  Since this was his first year of lessons, he was the first student to play.

We are so proud of him!  He put in a lot of work this year, including a lot of times when he wanted to be doing anything but piano.  Whether he continues with it or not, I'm sure that someday he'll be glad he did this. 

Mr. Fred is a great teacher.  All of his students did really well today.  It's a blessing to be able to have him pass on the gift of music.
